Deze kunnen een grote impact hebben op hun welzijn, maar blijven vaak onopgemerkt of worden verkeerd ge\u00efnterpreteerd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Met het PHARE-project willen we psychotische symptomen bij bewoners in woonzorgcentra sneller herkennen en zorgverleners handvatten aanreiken om gepaste zorg en ondersteuning te bieden.<\/p>\n<p>Met dit onderzoeksproject (2025 &#8211; 2028) willen we een duidelijk beeld krijgen van:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hoe vaak psychotische symptomen voorkomen, hoe we ze sneller en beter kunnen herkennen en hoe bewoners deze psychotische ervaringen ervaren.<\/li>\n<li>Het gebruik van medicatie: is het altijd nodig, wordt het goed opgevolgd en zijn er alternatieven?<\/li>\n<li>Hoe zorgverleners (huisartsen en zorgverleners in wzc) versterken met een gedeelde richtlijn en bundeling van expertise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Finaal ontwikkelt het onderzoeksteam &#8211; samen met alle partners &#8211; een praktijkrichtlijn voor vroegdetectie van psychotische ervaringen bij bewoners in woonzorgcentra.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In <strong>2025 &#8211; 2026<\/strong> richt het onderzoeksteam zich op de prevalentie van psychotische symptomen en de mate waarin bewoners, die dit in ernstige mate ervaren, de realiteit beleven. Op basis van een gestructureerde analyse brengt het onderzoeksteam &#8211; samen met de zorgverleners in de wzc &#8211; in kaart of de bewoners specifieke zorgen nodig hadden, maar deze nog niet
